Mount Longonot National Park
Covering 52 sq. km, most of which is the mountain, Mount Longonot derives its name from the Maasai word Oloonong’ot, meaning “mountains of ridges and spurs.” The mountain features stunning V-shaped valleys and ridges, with little vegetation due to its stony soils. With no access roads, visitors must hike to the summit for an exhilarating adventure.
